Unvailing the Party

PEREMO is committed to building a truly democratic state rooted in constitutionalism, transparency, and accountable leadership. We will establish strict term limits and dismantle the imperial presidency that has concentrated power in the hands of a few. A new dual executive system will be introduced, featuring a President (Head of State) and a Prime Minister (Head of Government), each with clearly defined roles. Power will be fully separated across the Executive, Legislature, and Judiciary to ensure checks and balances. Civic institutions such as the Ombudsman, Anti-Corruption Commission, and Electoral Commission will be strengthened and shielded from political interference, forming the backbone of a democratic South Sudan.
